Description of Services: Community mental health program providing housing programs, outreach support for everyday living, skills building and recreation programs along with advocacy services for adults with a serious mental illness

Housing Outreach Support is available through the Community Mental Health Teams in Hanover, Markdale, Owen Sound, Southampton and Wiarton

Housing is provided with varying degrees of support depending on individual need
 
Frank Street Group Home Community-based housing for adults with serious mental illness * 10-bedroom group home
 
Greenhouse (The) Drop-in program for adults living with a serious mental illness provides social recreational rehabilitation services, educational activities and outreach services

Fees: Free * rent geared-to-income for residences

Application: Application and referral required for geared-to-income housing * self or other service provider referral for outreach support
