Description of Services: Services are available to anyone grieving the loss of a loved one as a result of suicide or an overdose * bereavement counsellors assess and support you with improving the quality of your own life by developing coping strategies, reducing isolation, integrating your loss and regaining your own well-being

Survivors of Suicide Loss
- A 12-week group offered 3 times per year * topics covered include guilt, shame, anger, stigma, depression, denial and helplessness * dates and times determined at time of program

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Adults and youth 16 years and older are welcome in these groups
