As part of our Wellness Program, our Blood Pressure Program's goal is to promote cardiovascular health, healthy lifestyles, personal empowerment, and regular blood pressure monitoring for participants. Blood Pressure Program: 1st Tuesday of each month at 2:00pm - Birchwoods Apartment 4th Thursday of each month at 1:00pm - Maplewoods Apartment 3rd Thursday every other month at 2:00pm - Good Neighbours of Bluewater |
