Community Mental Health Clinic Prevention, stabilization, and treatment of mental disorders

Community Opioid Addiction Program Offers direct client services and community education for people with opioid addictions * assessment and screening required for entry into the treatment program

Community Treatment Order Case Management Intensive case management services to people with a serious mental illness who are subject to a Community Treatment Order (CTO) issued by a psychiatrist

Intensive Case Management Intensive case management services to people with a serious mental illness to assist with skills to live independently
