Affordable transitional housing for up to one year as part of an addiction treatment program for people with a long-standing drug or alcohol problem * opportunities to stabilize and establish connections with the community * holistic, strengths-based approach * supported by Outreach Support Workers * helps clients find permanent housing and maintain it for the long term while working on recovery goals Program includes:

Fees: | Cost for apartment rental * clients must have a source of income through employment or social services support (Ontario Works or Ontario Disability Support Program) and be eligible for rent support | ||
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: | Adults aged 18 years and older who want to reduce or eliminate harms associated with substance use and have a willingness and a commitment to work on personal recovery goals | ||
