Program: Continuing Care Centre (CCC)

Description of Services: Offers 3 levels of care including activation, restoration and progression * exercise and recreational activities increase and strengthen independence * average length of stay is 56 to 72 days
 
Rehabilitation Services Rehabilitation program offers inpatients a two-week trial to help meet specific goals for discharge home or to another level of care * focuses on falls prevention and home safety education to help patients function as independently as possible
