Volunteer Driver Program -
Volunteer drivers provide transportation for patients to and from treatment appointments at designated hospitals and cancer centers * referral for the service must be received by the Cancer Society from a member of the hospital treatment team to access the program

Travel Treatment Fund - Offers short-term financial assistance to offset some costs of traveling to cancer treatments
Requirements
Fees: Volunteer Driver Program: Annual $100 registration fee for patients 18 years and older * compassionate assessment program available for fee reduction
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Volunteer Driver Program - Cancer patients in active treatment or have received treatment in the last 12 months
Travel Treatment Fund - Low-income cancer patients in active treatment or have received treatment in the last 6 months
