| Eligibility - Population(s) Served: | Adults 18 years and older with complex musculoskeletal problems * must be medically stable to participate in rehabilitation therapies * must have medical and cognitive/emotional ability to participate in rehabilitation therapies * must have clear rehabilitation goals (typically defined as improving mobility and functional independence)* must be motivated to actively participate in the program * must have a clearly stated and agreed upon discharge destination * must have at least 50% weight bearing ability | ||
