  • treatment/symptom management

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Adults with multiple sclerosis * children typically referred to the Children's Hospital * some children referred to Pediatric MS Clinic at Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto
Application: Medical referrals from family doctor or neurologist required for initial medical appointment
