Community food programs for all members of the community * programs vary based on time of year and community needs * wellness, nutrition and cooking classes Community Food Advisors - Trained volunteers with practical food and nutrition skills deliver information and education to community groups * call for more information about becoming a community food advisor Community Gardens programs - Dundalk, Flesherton and Markdale * call for more details Grocery Store Tours - Learn how to make better food choices * call for tour locations Good Food Box - Monthly delivery of fresh food to registered participants Emergency Food Cupboard - Emergency supply of food to clients who are experiencing a food crisis * clients do not have to pay for food they receive * open during regular office hours YUM (Your Unique Meal) Program - Frozen meal delivery for people with specific dietary needs who are experiencing financial distress * wellness check |
