Description of Services:	Supports for people who are pregnant or parenting children aged 6 years and less and impacted by their own or someone else's substance use Program offers: works to improve health and well-being develop recovery goals to manage substance-use and mental health issues client-centered approach to therapy by supporting each client with unique goals (ex. abstain, help manage/reduce use of substance, harm reduction) trauma-informed assessment, and treatment planning one-on-one counselling (in-person, virtual or phone appointments) groups are run intermittently in collaboration with community partners advocacy, support, case conferencing and referrals harm reduction and relapse prevention planning

Eligibility - Population(s) Served:	People aged 16 years of age or older and are pregnant or parenting children (6 years of age or under) and are impacted by own or someone else’s substance use may be working towards access, or involved with Child Protective Services reside in the Grey Bruce area be willing to participate in the program and engage with the counsellor
Application:	Self or service provider referral * referrals are received and screened centrally through the Owen Sound site
