Funeral and Burial Assistance - Application for funeral and burial assistance can be made by calling the national Last Post Fund 1-800-465-7113 within one year following the death of the Veteran Grave Marking Maintenance - To inform Veterans Affairs Canada about an unmarked Veteran's grave or a military marker that needs work email vac.cm-mc.acc@canada.ca or call 902-626-2440 |
