Fees: Set fee * fees vary by service type and discipline * funding may be available through private insurance - inquire for specifics * accepts payment arrangements with auto insurers, health insurers, WSIB and personal injury lawyers
Application: Call or visit website * referrals accepted but not required * types of referrals can include self, medical, discharge, legal, employer and WSIB * medical referral may be required for insurance coverage

About Us

We excel in the delivery of illness and injury rehabilitation services to persons of all ages who have been injured in motor vehicle collisions, on the job, or have other disabling physical or cognitive conditions. In June 2019 we will be moving to a new facility located at the corner of Philbrook Dr and Adelaide St in London.
